Established in 2011, VSS Security is now an established and experienced security company that provides professional security services with guards and looking to expand into new spaces (technology) within the security ecosystem.
Located in Kigali, Remera - Gasabo and currently serving all 30 districts, VSS was squarely founded with a sole vision to bolster the private security sector with services across different key sectors including hospitals, hotels, higher institutions of learning (schools), some of the major installations, NGOs, Government institutions, the business community and individual residences.
With the vast support of our skilled security guards, we are counted among the foremost service provider of un armed security guards. A minimum education of S3 to ensure that the guard can engage clients
All guards need to be in full health and top physical condition
All bio-data needs to be available for our records and key identification items
All guards will provide their local leader's confirmation of residence
All guards will also provide the criminal record certificates from either RNP/Interpol/MINIJUST/the courts of law or the national public prosecutor
For ex-service men and women, details of their track records (certificates of Demobilization) are easily obtained from their former respective employers.
All guards, prior to recruitment, will face the recruitment committee as part of their vetting process
Copies of all identification material will be kept on record as part of their bio-data, i.e. 6 copies of the national ID, 3 copies of former employer's ID
